Position: Public Works Laborer (Full-Time)
Location: Avoca, IA
Salary: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
Benefits: Health Insurance, IPERS, Cell Phone Stipend, On-Call Pay
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (On-call every three weeks)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate city equipment
- Water and sewer systems
- City streets and public facilities
- Parks and cemetery grounds
Qualifications:
- Construction, landscaping, or maintenance experience
- Valid Iowa Driver’s License (certificates preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
